Renovation and extension of this terraced house in the heart of Mayfair, London.

The project includes replacing the front garage door with an articulated glazing solution, carefully designed to respect the character of the conservation area. The internal layout has been reconfigured to create three bedrooms on the top two levels, a living area on the ground floor, and a family space in the basement, comprising a kitchen, dining area, and TV room. All levels are linked by a sculptural staircase, with the staircase and internal walls clad in a unique, sustainable clay plaster. Natural light permeates the house through an internal courtyard, enhancing the sense of openness throughout.
